This must-try recipe starts with Buldak’s famous spicy carbonara ramen, loaded with smoked cheddar and topped with the real star — Gotzinger’s smoky, juicy Cheese Kransky Chipolatas. Rich, creamy and fiery, with silky noodles coated in that iconic sauce, it’s the ultimate mash-up of two viral favourites — Buldak Ramen and Gotzinger’s Cheese Kransky Chipolatas.

  • Ingredients

    • Whole egg – 1
    • Gotzinger’s Cheese Kransky Chipolatas – 3 sausages
    • Baldak Spicy Ramen – Carbonara Flavour – 1 pack
    • Egg yolk – 1
    • Kewpi Mayonnaise – 1.5tb sp.
    • Smoked cheddar (grated) – 20g
    • Spring onion (sliced) – 1
    • Crunchy Chinese chilli oil – 1tsp. (optional)
  • Instructions

    • Soft boil an egg for 6 – 7 minutes, remove shell, slice in half and set aside.
    • Grill the Cheese Kransky Chipolatas for approximately 5 minutes until golden and hot – set aside.
    • To cook the noodles, bring a pot of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook until al dente. Remove from the water and reserve 1.5 cups of the noodle cooking water for later use.
    • In a soup bowl, empty both the sachets from the pack of ramen, add the egg yolk, Kewpi Mayonnaise and cheddar. Mix to combine, then slowly mix in the reserved hot noodle water.
    • Add your noodles back in the soup, top with your egg halves, the Cheese Kransky Chipolatas, then garnish with spring onions and drizzle with chilli oil.
