About the role
Gotzinger has an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join the team located in Yatala. As the Events Coordinator, you will be required to attend each planned event, Assemble and tow the Gotzinger food hut with equipment in preparation for the events. If you are driven, creative, have a passion for events and food this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events, including towing the Gotzinger food hut when required to locations with complete set up and take down.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure their vision is brought to life.
- Manage event budgets, and oversee event logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to drive enquiries.

- Proven experience in event planning and execution.

- Ability to travel including weekends
