Footy nights just got an upgrade — smoky Cheese Kabana on golden garlic bread. Crunchy, smoky, cheesy... and topped with tangy dill pickles. Impossible to share.

  • Ingredients

    • Generic garlic bread – 2 rolls (450g pack)
    • Gotzinger Cheese Kabana (sliced 1.5cm thick on an angle)
      – 300g
    • Pasley (finely chopped) – 1/3 cup
    • Dill pickles – to serve
  • Instructions

    Oven Cooking Method:

    • Set the oven to 180°c, fan force.
    • Remove the garlic bread from the packs and slice up to divide the
      pieces.
    • Line a baking tray with baking paper then place the garlic bread
      slices on the tray.
    • Top the garlic bread with slices of Cheese Kabana.
    • Put the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
    • Once they’re ready, garnish
      with parsley and serve with dill pickles.

    Air Fryer Cooking Method:

    • Remove the garlic bread from the packs and slice up to divide the
      pieces.
    • Top the garlic bread with slices of Cheese Kabana.
    • Place into the air fryer basket - you might need to cook in batches depending on the size of your airfryer
    • Put the basket back into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until the garlic bread is toasty and the sausages have started to colour.
    • Once they’re ready, garnish with parsley and serve with dill pickles.
