Whether you’re watching the game with your mates or looking for an easy but delicious meal to cook for the family, this Fully Loaded Jalapeño and Cheese Brat Nachos will have everyone cheering!

  • Ingredients

    • Plain corn chips – 250g
    • Store bought jar of salsa – 300g
    • Götzinger Jalapeño and Cheese Brats (cut into 1-inch thick slices) – 400g
    • Tasty cheese (shredded) – 150g
    • Sour cream – 100g
    • Store bought guacamole – 100g
    • Pickled jalapeños – to serve
    • Coriander sprigs

  • Instructions

    1. Heat the oven to 180°c.
    2. In a large baking dish, scatter the corn chips and toss through the jar of salsa, the slices of sausage and top off with the cheese.
    3. Place the tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
    4. Remove from the oven and serve with sour cream, guacamole, as many pickled jalapeños as you’d like and garnish with sprigs of coriander.
