Cheese Kransky Pigs in Blankets with Three Mustard Dipping Sauce

A perfect addition to your Christmas lunch this year. Our cheesy take on the classic Pigs in Blankets seen on every British dining table at Christmas time. Enjoy with a side of cornichons and three mustard dipping sauce.

Method

  1. Set the oven to 200°
  2. Line a large flat baking tray with baking paper.
  3. To wrap the pigs in blankets, cut slices of bacon into half (width ways), then place the chipolata at one end and start rolling. On a lined baking tray, position seam side down and repeat until all the sausages are wrapped.
  4. Place the tray in the oven and cook for 15 – 20 (5 minutes before removing from the oven drizzle with golden syrup).
  5. Mix the three mustards together to create the three mustard dipping sauce.
  6. Once the pigs in blankets are ready, place on a serving tray with a small dipping bowl full of the three mustard sauce and a side of cornichons.
