Ingredients
- Olive Oil – 1 tbsp.
- Gotzinger Smallgoods Honeywurst Sausage – 1
- Hotdog buns – 1
- Avocado (Sliced) – ¼
- Kimchi – 1.5 tbsp.
- Kewpi Mayonnaise – drizzle
- Spring onion (fine sliced) – 1
- Black and white sesame seeds – to garnish

Method
- Add olive oil to pan, put on low heat then cook the sausage for approx. 15 – 20 minutes until golden on the outside and hot on the inside.
- Assemble hot dog by slicing down the middle of the bun then layering avocado, sausage, kimchi, a drizzle of mayonnaise and garnish with spring onion slices and sesame seeds.
- If you prefer extra spicy, top with fine slices of fresh chili to give this hot dog an extra kick.
