Ingredients
- Olive oil – 1tbsp
- Red onions (finely sliced) – 2
- Pizza sauce – 4tbsp
- Pre-made pizza base (240g) – 2

Götzinger Pepperoni Kabana (2cm slices) – 1 sausage (200g)
- Mozzarella ball – 200g
- Pickled jalapeños – as many as you prefer
- Dried oregano – 2tsp.

Method

Set the oven to 200°

Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the onions and cook on low – medium heat until soft and translucent.

Spread 2 tbsp of pizza sauce on each pizza base.

Halve the onions and spread them across the two pizza bases.

Place the kabana pieces on both pizzas, along with torn bits of mozzarella and jalapeños.

Sprinkle the oregano over the pizza and then bake for 20 minutes or until the toppings start to go golden.
