Bring a little taste of Europe home with an easy Oktoberfest-inspired grazing board, perfect for sharing with friends.

  • Ingredients

    • A selection of Götzinger German-style sausages, such as Weisswurst, German Bratwurst, Fine Liverwurst, Continental Frankfurts, or Berliner Fleischwurst (see where to buy here)
    • Soft pretzels, baked mini pretzels and/or crackers
    • German mustard
    • Sauerkraut
    • Pickles or cornichons
    • Your favourite cheeses (we suggest a crumbly cheddar)
    • Sliced apple
    • Walnuts
    • Fresh berries

  • Instructions

    • Cook the sausages according to pack instructions, then slice where suitable. Arrange them on a large serving board with the pretzels, cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, mustard, fruit and walnuts.
    • Serve straight away and let everyone mix, match and graze. Prost!
