Our Cherry, Orange and Cointreau Christmas Ham Glaze is a festive favourite that blends sweet, citrus, and boozy notes. For a beautifully caramelised and glossy ham, this glaze brings warmth and irresistible flavour to your Christmas table.

  • Ingredients

    • Orange Juice - 500ml
    • Morello Cherries + juice - 680g
    • Cointreau – 700ml
    • Brown sugar – 2 cups
    • Star anise – roughly 10 pieces
    • Cinnamon – roughly 4 pieces
    • Cloves – roughly 7 pieces
  • Instructions

    • Mix all of the ingredients together in a saucepan
    • Put the saucepan on the stove and turn to a low heat to reduce
    • Once the glaze has reduced to a syrupy consistency remove from the heat
    • Either cool then store in the fridge for later use or glaze your ham immediately
