A bowl the whole family will love — creamy tomato pasta loaded with cheese and smoky pieces of Gotzinger’s The Big Cheese Kransky. Quick to make, gone in minutes!

  • Ingredients

    • Cherry tomatoes - 500g
    • Garlic (sliced) – 2
    • Olive oil – 2tbl sp.
    • Salt – to season
    • Cracked black pepper – to season
    • Gotzinger The Big Cheese Kransky (sliced 2cm thick) –
      400g
    • Cooking cream – 150ml
    • Shredded mozzarella – ½ cup
    • Pasta of choice – 250g uncooked
    • Basil leaves – ¼ cup +
      extra to garnish

  • Instructions

    • Set the oven to 180°c, fan force.
    • On a lined baking tray, scatter the cherry tomatoes and sliced
      garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Give the tray a shake to coat the tomatoes and garlic and then place
      in the oven for 20 minutes.
    • In the meantime, heat a medium sized fry pan and cook The Big Cheese
      Kransky slices for a couple of minutes until they start to gain colour.
    • Put a large pot of seasoned water on the stove and bring to the
      boil.
    • Add the tomatoes and garlic into the fry pan followed by the cream
      and mozzarella. Stir well to combine.
    • Once the pasta is al dente, strain the water and stir the pasta
      through the sauce.
    • Tear the basil leaves and stir through the pasta.
    • Serve the pasta and garnish
      with fresh basil leaves.
