Sweet, sticky and tangy - the Hassle Back Smoky Texas brats are the perfect dish to bring to any BBQ this season! Perfect for sharing with all your friends and family. 

  • Ingredients

    • Gotzinger Smallgoods Smoky Texas Brats – 2 packs (800g)
    • Smoky BBQ sauce – 200ml
    • Lime juice – 1 lime
    • Coriander – to garnish



  • Instructions

    • Set the oven to 200°c fan force.
    • Cut each sausage into quarters, then take each quarter and slice
      multiple slices into each piece without slicing all the way to the bottom. This
      should create a hassle back look.
    • Place all the pieces of Smoky Texas Brat on a lined baking tray.
    • Brush the sausages with a generous amount of smoky BBQ sauce.
    • Put the tray in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
    • Once they’re ready, remove from the oven and squeeze lime juice all
      over.
    • Scatter the sausages over a
      serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
