Infused with the warmth of bourbon, the zest of ginger beer, and a blend of festive spices, it creates a glossy, caramelised finish for your ham. Perfect for Christmas (or any special occasion), this glaze balances sweetness, spice, and rich depth of flavour beautifully.

  • Ingredients

    • Bourbon - 700ml
    • Bundaberg Ginger Beer - 750ml
    • Orange Marmalade - 740g
    • Brown Sugar - 1kg
    • Star Anise - Roughly 10 pieces
    • Cinnamon - Roughly 4 pieces
    • Cloves - Roughly 7 pieces
  • Instructions

    • Mix all of the ingredients together in a saucepan.
    • Put the saucepan on the stove and turn to a low heat to reduce.
    • Once the glaze has reduced to a syrupy consistency remove from the heat.
    • Either cool then store in the fridge for later use or glaze your ham immediately.
