Golden eggs, melty cheese, smoky Cheese Kransky — all wrapped up in a warm embrace. This brekky wrap is your morning, elevated.

  • Ingredients

    • Olive oil – 2tsp.
    • Gotzinger Smallgoods The Big Cheese Kransky – 1 sausage
    • Eggs – 2
    • Large wrap of choice – 1
    • Smoky BBQ sauce – 1tb sp.
    • Cheddar cheese slice (cut in half) – 1
    • Baby rocket – 25g

  • Instructions

    • Add the olive oil to a large fry pan.
    • On one side of the frying pan cook The Big Cheese Kransky on a
      medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn regularly.
    • On the other side of the frying pan crack the eggs and cook sunny
      side up.
    • Remove both sausages and eggs from the pan and set aside the eggs.
    • Slice the sausages into bite size pieces, then set aside.
    • Place a sheet of baking paper down followed by the wrap.
    • Drizzle the BBQ sauce and place down the cheese halves, the rocket,
      eggs and The Big Cheese Kransky pieces.  
    • Fold the wrap and use the baking paper to help contain the wrap.
    • Serve and enjoy.
