There’s no better smell than Cheese Kransky sausage rolls baking in the air fryer! These golden sausage rolls are easy to prepare for any event – we can guarantee your guests will love them!

  • Instructions

    • Take the first sheet of puff pastry and cut into half.
    •  Starting with one half sheet of pastry, brush with egg wash and place three sausages length ways along the edge of the pastry.
    • Fold the puff pastry so the edges meet and press down to form a tight seal over the sausages.
    • Gently press a fork into the sealed edge of the pastry and trim excess pastry with a knife (leave about a 1cm edge).
    • Place the sausage roll into the tray of the air fryer.
    • Repeat this process until all sausages are wrapped in pastry.
    • Once all the sausages are wrapped and in the air fryer, brush over each sausage roll with egg wash then sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.
    • Set the air fryer to 180°c for 15 minutes or until the sausage rolls are golden brown (you might need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
    • Remove from air fryer and serve with tomato sauce to dip.
